In 2000, Marilyn Greif and Lynn Herring pooled over 20 years of experience at New York’s top ad agencies (that’s 140 in dog years) to form CharlieDog Advertising. From start-ups to corporate giants, they’ve helped clients launch websites, online stores, subscription programs, consumer catalogs, brand identities and cross-channel advertising campaigns online and off.
Marilyn’s pedigree before CharlieDog:
Marilyn was a Creative Consultant for Adweek Magazines, Forbes, Inc., Ziff-Davis Publishing, Scholastic Inc., Smithsonian Magazine and Fast Company. An award-winning copywriter, Marilyn’s career took off at McCaffrey and McCall Direct, where she spent 8 years crafting copy for Mercedes-Benz, ABC Television, Bacardi, Falcon Jet, Air Canada, The NY Stock Exchange, Chase and T. Rowe Price. She also worked on MCI, Pacific Bell and Dreyfus at Barry Blau & Partners/NY.
